Peace of mind and quality craftsmanship are the two things that come to my mind after hiring Josh. He installed heated floor tile throughout our whole house. He also did our shower and kitchen backsplash. It was so easy working with Josh and everything was done perfect. Several issues came up through the project (outside of Josh’s control) and got fixed right away. He’ll be doing our basement project soon.

I hired Lotto Custom Tile to install a new tile floor in the lower level of my house after some water damage forced a remodel. The overall experience was excellent. Josh was very responsive, professional, and friendly. He came by to review the project and provided an estimate and tentative schedule for completion. Every day he showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently but carefully, and completed the job exactly on schedule. The floor looks great, and I would absolutely hire Lotto Tile again, as well as refer him to friends.

Josh, came out and removed the tile from our fire place hearth and replaced it with limestone tile in a herring bone lay out..it looks fantastic. Our house is approximately 70 years old and with every repair we find there are surprise around every corner and this was no exception. We noticed our marble surround was loose and at risk of falling off, the support under the existing tile was extremely uneven and some of the cement support base needed to be chipped away...Josh took care of it all and we are very happy with how it turned out. Josh is very professional and does a great job, I would highly recommend Josh.
